% 08.01.2018 The parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and settlement agreement dated 5th January, 2018 has also been executed. The present petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. The parties will remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement. Accordingly, order dated 27th September, 2017 restraining the respondents from selling, alienating or transferring the suit property shall stand vacated. The amount of Rs.5.25 crores deposited by the petitioner with the Registrar General of this Court shall be released in favour of the petitioner along with all interest earned thereon within a period of two weeks from today. Dasti to both the parties.
