% 18.01.2018 By this petition the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.544/2017 under Sections 420/120-B/506/34 IPC registered at PS Dabri, Delhi on the ground that the matter has been compromised. Learned Standing Counsel for the State informs that besides petitioner No.1 company and petitioner No.2 Ms.Ratna Sharma, her husband Santosh Kumar Sharma is also an accused who has not been impleaded. He further informs that besides respondent No.2, Santosh Kumar Sharma the complainant who lodged the FIR till date, 10 victims, out of 45 who came forward, have been examined and further victims are coming forward to make statements.

Considering the fact that the settlement has not been arrived at with all the victims this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR as aforesaid. The petition is dismissed.
