O R D E R

% 01.05.2018 The parties entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 04.04.2018 whereunder the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.70,00,000/- to the respondent towards full and final settlement of all the claims of the respondent. A sum of Rs.10 lacs out of the same has already been paid to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner hands over six cheques of Rs.10 lacs each, starting from 15.05.2018 to 15.10.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that these cheques will be duly honoured upon presentation.

Binding the parties to the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 04.04.2018, the present petition along with pending applications, is disposed of in terms thereof.
