% 24.01.2018 It has been informed on behalf of the State that the FSL result is yet to be received.

As per the status report submitted on behalf of the State there has been nothing to show any threats meted out by the complainant by unknown persons allegedly at the behest of the applicant. The mobile phone of the applicant has already been handed over to the investigating agency.

The applicant in the event of arrest is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court subject to the condition that he shall not leave the country, shall not make any contact with the complainant and any other family member of the complainant through himself or his associate, shall not tamper with the evidence, shall not intimidate the witnesses and not

commit any offence whatsoever and shall join the investigation as and when required. In the event of any FIR or complaint being registered against the applicant the State shall apprise the Court. The application is disposed of.
