LPA 791/2017 & CM Nos. 45541-45542/2017 Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions states that the appellant would not hold protests, or interfere and disrupt working and functioning of the hospital and the medical college. We take the statement made by learned counsel for the appellant on record. The appellant will be bound by the said statement.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that in view of the statement made, the adverse observations made against the appellant in the impugned order may be appropriately modified. In view of the concession and the statement made by the appellant before us and subject to the appellant complying with the same, we observe that observations made in the impugned order would not be held against the appellant. In case there is violation of the said statement, it will be open to the respondents to take action in accordance with law, including enforcing the prohibitory order in terms of the judgment of the single Judge.
The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
