O R D E R

% 08.03.2019 The complainant - respondent No.2 has received all monies for which he has raised a grievance in the complaint, which has been converted into an FIR. Respondent No. 2 is present in the Court. Since he does not have a counsel Ms. Ruchika Mittal, Advocate, present in the Court is appointed as her counsel for the day. She states upon instructions that indeed the complainant does not wish that the matter be proceeded any further. In view of the above, the interim order dated 21.12.2018 is made absolute. It is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 273/2018 under Sections 420/406/506 IPC registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Delhi, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigations as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) he shall furnish his mobile phone number to the police, which shall be kept operational at all times, so that the police could contact him; (iii) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (iv) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.

The petition stands disposed-off.
