% 14.12.2017 Learned counsel for the respondents states that refund order has been passed and payment would be made within a period of 10 days. Learned counsel for petitioner states that certain amounts have been deducted and he would be challenging the refund order, in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the interest has not been paid.

The respondent authority would pass a speaking order on the question of interest within a period of four weeks from today. Petitioner/authorized representative will appear before the designated officer on 22nd December, 2017 at 2:00 pm and make submissions why interest should be paid. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed, he would be entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law.
