% 07.12.2017 Counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 26.5.2017 issued by respondent no.2 (QCI) wherein his application seeking accreditation had been rejected.

At this stage, learned counsels for the parties point out that the Hon'ble Division Bench was seized of this issue and vide order dated 14.11.2017 passed in LPA No.515/2017, statement of respondent no.1 (DGT) was taken on record wherein it was informed to the Division Bench that a Committee had been formed by the DGT and the 663 pending applications of institutes were being considered.

Submission being that the application (Application No.A16002940) of the petitioner institute is figured in the aforenoted 663 applications and the same is to be dealt with by the DGT. Ordered accordingly. This petition is disposed of in the above terms. INDERMEET KAUR, J DECEMBER 07, 2017 ndn
