Counsel for the respondent no. 2/Modern School submits that petitioner's documents were transmitted to respondent-Central Board of Secondary Education recently.

In the facts and circumstance of this case, it is deem appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to effectively consider petitioner's case within period of six weeks and its outcome be made known to the petitioner within two W.P.(C) 8629/2017

weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
