% 24.05.2018 After some arguments, Mr. Kishore Gajaria, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, on instructions from the latter, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to apply for the post of Director (Finance), Delhi Transco Limited, as and when, an advertisement is issued in this behalf by the latter. Leave and liberty granted.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed off
accordingly.
However, we reiterate the direction issued by the learned Single Judge in paragraph 20 of the impugned order, inasmuch as the authorities are directed to expedite the process of appointment to the post of Director (Finance) of DTL, so as to ensure that the appointment is made expeditiously, within a period of three months from today.
