The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.612/2016 registered under Sections 376/377/420 IPC at PS Vasant Kunj North. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2017.

In terms of the previous orders, the petitioner has deposited `9.56 lacs in the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if this amount is released to the complainant without prejudice.

Accordingly, the amount so deposited by the petitioner i.e. `9.56 lacs shall be released to the complainant along with accrued interest (if any) without prejudice.

The prosecutrix has since been examined.

Physical relations took place between the two on several occasions albeit on the alleged promise to marry.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The petitioner shall not leave India without prior permission of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
