% 10.01.2018 The prayer made in the present petition is satisfied. This is for the reason that there are four persons who had been arrayed as accused of whom Raju and Abhishek have since been granted anticipatory protection by this Court. It is stated that the supplementary charge-sheet against the aforenoted persons shall be filed within two weeks. Qua the third accused namely Deepak, charge-sheet has already been filed. The 4th accused is a juvenile and he is facing trial before the Competent Court. The role of the Investigating Officer is by and large over. Petition is not pressed any further.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
