% 08.11.2017 Vide order passed today in Crl.M.C.4578/2017 titled Karamjit Kaur vs.

State in which FIR No.415/2014 under Sections 406/418/420/500/501 IPC, registered at police station Greater Kailash, on the complaint of respondent no.2 Sunil Kumar Sharma, Director of M/s M.S. Interiors Contracts Pvt. Ltd. has been quashed. During the investigation, process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. was issued by learned M.M. against the petitioner vide order dated 5.8.2017.

Petitioner has assailed this order by this petition under

Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Since FIR itself has been quashed, impugned order does not survive and the same is set aside. Dasti.
