% 06.03.2019 The respondent in WP(C) No.9376/2017 appears in person and states that he could not contact his counsel. We find that this court had appointed Ms.Saahila Lamba, Advocate to represent the respondents on 20.03.2018. The matter was adjourned to 16.07.2018. On the said date, an adjournment was sought by Ms.Saahila Lamba on the ground that the respondents

contacted her telephonically on the same morning. The matter was adjourned for today.

The respondent, present in the court today, states that he has still not contacted his counsel.

It appears that the respondent is only seeking to avoid the hearing of the writ petition. The reason for the same could be that the respondent has been reinstated in service and, therefore, has no reason to proceed urgently with the matter.

In these circumstances, in the interest of justice, we adjourn the matter to 25.03.2019.

We make it clear that no further adjournment shall be granted in the matter.
