By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of filing SLP before Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Status report has been filed to the following effect:- "I visited his home and recorded the statement of his wife namely Premwati. In her statement she stated that she has life threat from her husband i.e. petitioner Bhim Singh and he may not be released from jail."

In the given circumstances as well as the status report filed by the State to the above effect, the prayer of the Petitioner seeking parole is declined.

Writ petition is hereby dismissed. The Petitioner may file the SLP from the Jail.

5.

The Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
