% 20.12.2017 By way of this application the applicant is seeking enlargement of time to make the payment. Learned counsel for the applicant points out that the executing court has computed an amount of Rs. 7,72,740/- which the Decree Holder has to pay to the Judgment Debtor; submission is that a sum of Rs. 4 lakh is ready to be paid today of which Rs. 3,85,000/- stands paid to the Judgment Debtor in court by way of two demand drafts and Rs. 15000/- has been paid in cash making a total sum of Rs. 4 lakhs. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder submits that balance sum shall now positively be paid on or before 15.01.2018 (in terms of the order of the Executing Court dated 17.10.2017).
