Bail Appln. 1976/2017 By this petition, the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground of illness of his wife.

Status report has been handed over in court which is taken on record. As per status report no date of surgery has been fixed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty that he will file an appropriate application as and when the date of surgery is fixed.

This application is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application as and when fresh date of surgery of petitioner's wife is granted.
