The petition along with the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, it has been brought to our notice that the subject appeal being Appeal No.4/2017 is next listed before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) on 06.12.2017. In view of the above, it is hoped and expected that learned DRAT shall dispose off the said appeal expeditiously in accordance with law.
