Vide order dated 24th November, 2017 again notice was issued to respondent no. 2, subject to petitioner taking steps. Again process fee was not filed and notice could not be issued. Vide order dated 31st July, 2018 notice was again issued, subject to petitioner taking steps.

Again this order has not been complied with.

Three orders have not been complied with to serve respondent no. 2. Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
