Crl.M.C. 1018/2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated 12th July, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 163/2013 under Sections 103/104 of the Trade & Merchandise Marks Act, 1858, Sections 63/65 of the Copy Right

Act, 1957 and Sections 420/34 IPC registered at police station Rajouri Garden may be quashed.

Mr. Ankur Mishra, Authorised Representative of respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by Insp. Sanjay Goswami, DIU/West. He submits that respondent no.2 has settled the matter with the petitioners voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide MOU dated 12th July, 2017, which has been signed by him on behalf of respondent no.2. He further submits that respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Affidavit of Mr. Ankur Mishra is also on record. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
