% 11.01.2018 Documents have been filed by the petitioner for release of goods mentioned in two bills of entries. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the goods mentioned in other bills of entry would be released on the same terms and conditions. 2.

We observe that the aforesaid action should be taken immediately as the goods have remained under clearance for a long time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that they have made application for waiver of the demurrage charges. We hope and trust that the application would be considered by the respondents expeditiously in accordance with law.
