Having perused the disclosure, I find no impediment in confirming the appointment of the proposed Arbitrator. I accordingly appoint Mr.Davinder Singh, Senior Advocate (R/o M-62, Greater Kailash Part-I, New Delhi-110048, Mobile No. 9810039326) as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties.
