% 10.10.2017 The only grievance raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners, during the course of hearing, is that observations made in the impugned order by the learned Special Judge (P.C. Act), CBI, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi may affect the merits of the case at the time of final disposal on conclusion of trial.

It is clarified that observations made by the learned Special Judge, obviously, are only for the purpose of disposal of the Revision Petition and will not affect the merits of the cases. In view of the above clarification, petition has not been pressed and is disposed of as not pressed. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
