As noted in order dated 01.09.2025, learned counsel for the respondents once again reiterates that the order dated 17.02.2017 has already been complied by the respondents and there is nothing surviving in the present petition.

Learned amicus curiae on the other hand submits that neither the petitioner has contacted her nor, despite numerous efforts, she has been able to get in touch with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, it seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. As such, the same stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
