% 26.09.2017 We find the appeal utterly frivolous - which urges the Court to intervene in what are essentially considered and pronounced upon substantive matters as to whether certain equipments purchased and allegedly placed conform to the standards - an invitation into an intensely factual inquiry which can hardly be undertaken, much less at the intra court appellate stage in an appellate matter. The appeal is therefore dismissed.
