The present petition has been filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent no.2 and 3 vide order dated 09.10.2012 by this court.

A perusal of the ordersheets show that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on last five dates viz., 04.04.2022, 02.12.2022, 14.02.2023, 24.04.2023 and 29.08.2023.

It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition.
