The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "A. Issue a writ of mandamus or other suitable writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the Respondents to seal the property no. 51, Chowki No. 2, Sindhora Kalan, Delhi-110052, where, the illegal water submersible pump is installed and subsequently remove the same which is illegal and unauthorized, as per there statutory duty.

B. Issue a writ of mandamus or other suitable writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the Respondent no. 4 to take steps to register a case FIR

against the said Manish Atri, for illegal act for illegal ground water tapping, in the appropriate provisions." 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents state, on instructions, that an enquiry as regard to the bore well located at the property in question has already been initiated and if any illegality is found, necessary action would be taken in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution as well as in view of the above statement.
