It is stated that the petitioner is unwilling to pursue the bidding process and wishes to withdraw the bank guarantees to the tune of `14.3 crores lying with the respondent. Having regard to the averments in the application, interest of justice requires that the application should be allowed. Accordingly, C.M. Appl.11270/2018 is allowed.
