% 27.09.2017 Complainant is the Joint Labour Commissioner, South West District, Delhi. Petitioner is one of the union members. He has been specifically named in the FIR, wherein it has been alleged that union members entered forcibly in the chamber of complainant, inasmuch as abused and beat him. MLC has also been collected during the investigation. No ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Anticipatory bail application is dismissed.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
