% 29.08.2018 Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the prayer made in this public interest litigation, we are of the considered view that the general issues raised in this writ petition cannot be looked into by us in exercise of our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, if the petitioner feels that while discharging her professional duties with regard to the incident narrated in the pleadings, if the petitioner has been dealt with in a manner not permissible in law, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with
law before an appropriate forum.
