% 20.04.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents submit that pursuant to representations received from various students, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has already issued a notification dated 8th January, 2018, whereby the UGC-National Eligibility Test (NET) Examination for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Assistant Professor, would be held on 8th July, 2018. The said notification also states that the existing upper age limit for appearing in the said examination, stands raised from 28 years to 30 years and, thus, the present petition had become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are satisfied with the aforesaid notification and, therefore, concedes
that the petition has become infructuous.
The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
