O R D E R

% 01.05.2017 A settlement agreement dated 09.02.2017 has been placed on record. A perusal of the same reveals that the plaintiff as well as defendant No.1-Dr. Pritesh Kumar Singh, have amicably settled the dispute and differences that had arisen between them, with the aid and assistance of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

The said settlement agreement dated 09.02.2017 entered into between the parties is lawful and the same is hereby accepted and is made part of this order as Ex. C-1.

The parties are directed to comply with their reciprocal obligations as set out in detail in the said settlement agreement dated 09.02.2017, without demur.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties as aforesaid, the suit is disposed of as having been settled. Counter claim also stands disposed of.
