$~19 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + W.P.(C) 8869/2017 DR. KAILASH CHAND SHARMA AND ANR ..... Petitioner Through None.
versus NATIONAL BOARD OF EXAMINATIONS ..... Respondent Through Mr.Kirtiman Singh, Adv.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI
O R D E R
% 23.05.2018 Pursuant to the last order dated 12.04.2018, the respondent has produced the result of both the petitioners. The sealed cover has been opened and it transpires that both the petitioners have failed in the DNB-CETSS final theory examination in the subject of Surgical Gastroenterology conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) in December 2017. The petitioners are, therefore, not eligible to appear in the practical examinations.
The record also shows that the petitioners have not yet filed their rejoinder. Since the only prayer of the petitioners was to permit them to appear in the aforesaid theory exam, in which they have failed, nothing further survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. REKHA PALLI, J MAY 23, 2018 sr
