In view of the decision of the Supreme Court in Sundaram Finance Limited v. Abdul Samad and Anr.; Civil Appeal No. 1650/2018, decided on 15.02.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition to institute appropriate proceedings for enforcement of the arbitral award before the appropriate Court.
