% 22.11.2017 Learned Counsel for the respondents inform the ward with the petition has been granted admission in EWS Category at Respondent No.1 school. A copy of the order dated 20.11.2017 detailing the provisional admission granted to the candidate (namely Baby Vridhi Ghai) has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. This document clearly clarifies that this is a provisional admission and the admission will be regularised subject to the parent of the child furnishing the necessary documents which documents shall be furnished by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
