% 23.01.2018 Counsel for the petitioner accepts that refund orders have been issued, except for the period February, 2013. Counsel for the respondents states that refund for the period February, 2013 will be issued within three days. The statement is taken on record. In case the petitioner is denied interest or part interest, the respondents would pass speaking order on the question of interest. The petitioner, if aggrieved, will be entitled to challenge the order in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of in view of the statement by the respondents and with the aforesaid observations. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application for revival of the petition if required and necessary.
