The present petition has been filed alleging willful breach of undertaking by the respondents as recorded in the order dated 14.11.2017 passed in RC REV No.448/2017.

Mr. Rikky Gupta, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that though the petitioner had undertaken to hand over peaceful physical possession of the tenanted premises on or before 31.10.2018 in respect of which order of eviction had been passed, but the respondents had only handed over part possession of the tenanted premises and remaining small portion of premises was not handed over to the petitioner, which led to the filing of present contempt petition. 3.

Ms. Sanyogita Swaroop, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submits that the remaining portion of the tenanted premises which has been shown in pink colour in Annexure P-14 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. will also be handed over by the respondents to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is taken on record and the respondents shall remain bound by the same.

Let respondents file an affidavit of compliance after vacating the aforesaid portion, within two weeks thereafter. 5.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for. 6.

The contempt petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the pending application also stands disposed of.
