This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 12597/2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner thereby seeks quashing the final selection list wherein the petitioner's name has not been shown in the select list.

He further seeks directing the respondents to grant the petitioner correct marks as per their own chart/table given in the advertisement and thereafter correct his marks and if the said marks are more than the last selected ST candidate then appoint the petitioner to the post of Junior Assistant, Fire Services with all consequential benefits. For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner has already been made

representation dated 15.10.2018, however, till date, the said representation has not been decided.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. Keeping in view the reasons stated in the said application and the submission of the learned counsels, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to decide the said representation dated 15.10.2018 made by the petitioner within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The decision taken shall be communicated within two days thereafter to the petitioner in writing.

If the petitioner disagrees, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.
