% 21.11.2017 CM No. 42101/2017 (Extension of Time) Vide order dated 10.10.2017, the Court had disposed of the writ petition; in terms of its direction, the respondent-ONGC was required to complete the process of considering petitioner's explanation to the reply and defence to the Show Cause Notice and communicate a reasoned decision within ten days.

The present application seeks extension of time by three weeks in this regard. Counsel for the non-applicant/writ petitioner has no objection.

In the circumstances, the time to dispose of the matter, which is a subject matter of the show cause notice is hereby extended by three W.P.(C) 8705/2017

weeks from today. The other terms of the order dated 10.10.2017, i.e. ONGC would complete the opening of price bid and decide as to whom the contract should be awarded after the decision on the show cause notice.
