It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent no.1 that the petition has become infructuous as final order has been passed in the petition filed by respondent no.1 under Section 125 Cr.P.C on 26.10.2018.

By the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 4.7.2015 which shows that it is an interim order passed in the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C filed by the respondent.
