% 13.12.2018 This petition inter alia seeks expeditious investigation in FIR No. 476/2017 dated 19.09.2017 registered with Police Station, Anand Vihar, East Delhi; it also seeks that in addition to freezing of the accounts of the accused company, an action be taken against its Director as well as opening of LOC against the accused.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State refers to a Status Report, dated 12.12.2018, signed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Shahdara District, Delhi, to the effect that they have already sent a request for opening of LOC against Mr. Anil Mithas, Director of M/s Unnati Fortune Holding Pvt. Ltd. A copy of the Status Report has been handed over to the Court and is taken on record. The latter is stated to have been enjoying interim protection and has left the country and has not responded to the notices sent by the Investigating Officer, to join investigations. She further submits, upon instructions, that the police will look into the matter in right

earnest and no stone will be left unturned to conclude investigations at the earliest.

No further orders are required at this stage. The petition stands disposed-off.
