% 23.11.2017 This appeal was referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide order dated 27th July, 2017. A report has been received from the aforesaid centre along with settlement agreement of 27th September, 2017. Both sides submit that the impugned order be modified in terms of the settlement agreement of 27th September, 2017. It is ordered accordingly and this appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement of 27th September, 2017. Consequently, the Registry shall forthwith comply with the aforesaid settlement agreement. Statutory deposit made by the appellant be also refunded.
