% 10.10.2017 Respondent no. 2 (complainant) is present in Court along with her counsel and she has been identified by SI Lichhman of police station South Rohini. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner no. 1 before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Court, New Delhi on 10th August, 2017 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that in view of the settlement she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 before the Mediation Centre voluntarily, in the interest of

justice, FIR No. 739/2014 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered at police station South Rohini and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
