% 12.02.2018 The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 28.07.2017 vide which the response of the petitioner qua the NCs raised by the respondent has not been accepted and the application of the petitioner seeking accreditation has been rejected. At this stage, learned counsels for the parties point out that this issue has been examined by a Division Bench of this Court and vide order dated 14.11.2017 passed in LPA No.515/2017, statement of respondent no.1 (DGT) was taken on record wherein it was informed to the Division Bench that a Committee had been formed by the DGT and the 663 pending applications of institutes were being considered. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the application (Application No.A16002920) of the petitioner Institute figures in the
aforenoted 663 applications and the same would be dealt with by the DGT as per the aforesaid order of the Division Bench. The petition and application are disposed of in the above terms. FEBRUARY 12, 2018/aa REKHA PALLI, J
