After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, requesting that a direction to the Trial Court may be passed to expedite the proceedings in the matter and also to decide the application of the petitioner expeditiously.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings and also decide the application, if any moved by the petitioner expeditiously.
