% 17.07.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition as the petitioner reserves the right to apply afresh before the trial court after charge-sheet has been filed and cognizance taken thereupon, the submission of the respondent State being that the investigation is almost complete and report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is expected to be filed in the near future. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
