% 05.04.2016 After some arguments it has been agreed that the impugned order be set aside and the PW-4 Sanjeev Chauhan who has been examined in chief on 07.08.2012 be permitted to cross examine by counsel for defendant no.1 . Needless to state that the defendant will be at liberty to confront the proceedings including the plaint to PW4 at the time of his cross examination. The objection raised by the defendant qua the testimony of PW4 will be considered by the Court at the time of final hearing.

Petition disposed of.
