The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking quashing and setting aside of the Award dated 03rd June,2017 passed by the Learned Labour Court-XIX, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

Vide order dated 24th July, 2024, passed by the Learned Joint Registrar (Judicial), DHJS, the matter was referred to mediation at Samadhan (Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre). 3.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties at the Mediation Centre on 14th January, 2026. The copy of the mediation settlement is already on record. 4.

The Respondent is present in person and submits that he has voluntarily entered into the settlement with the Petitioner. 5.
