% 06.11.2017 Notice could not be issued to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 as process fee was not filed. However, respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in person and have been identified by SI Ram Bhau of Police Station Khyala. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide a Compromise Deed dated 22nd August, 2017. During the course of hearing, it has been revealed that respondent nos. 2 and 3 are known to the petitioners for the last fifteen years, inasmuch as, are living in the same locality. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in

view of the settlement and in order to maintain harmonious relations in future. A perusal of FIR shows that a quarrel took place between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 on some trivial matters, which had led registration of the present FIR No. 843/2014 under Sections 452/308/34 IPC at Police Station Khyala. In the quarrel, respondent nos. 2 and 3 sustained simple injuries. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in the interest of justice FIR No. 843/2014 under Sections 452/308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Khyala and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
