% 11.09.2018 By this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner has prayed that appropriate directions be issued to the trial court to summarily try the complaint case filed by the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with guidelines issued by this Court in the order dated 28th July, 2010 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Crl. M.C. No. 1996/2010 titled Rajesh Agarwal vs. State & Anr. and other connected petitions. Petitioner has placed reliance on the aforesaid case. Instead of bringing this judgment to the notice of trial court, petitioner has filed this petition, and the same is not being entertained.

Petition is dismissed.
